Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.
Returns Policies:
- A restocking charge of 25% shall be assessed on all returns of standard, in-stock items.
- The 25% restocking fee shall be subtracted from the original invoice’s sub-total and will exclude shipping charges on the original invoice.
- The customer will be responsible for packaging and shipping costs in returning the product to the factory.
- The product must be returned to the factory in new, re-sellable condition. The product will be inspected upon arrival and customer notified of any damage.
- The request for return authorization must be made within 30 days of the invoice/ship date.
